Scott Schube, Senior Analyst.
Scott has worked in the optical transceiver industry for 12 years in a wide variety of technical and marketing roles. Before LightCounting, Scott was the strategic marketing manager for datacom products for Intel's optical transceiver group. Over several years at Intel, Scott also worked in several different product marketing and technical marketing positions in both datacom and telecom areas, and helped spearhead key marketing initiatives for tunable lasers, 10GBASE-LRM, and SFP+, among others.
Prior to Intel, Scott worked as an engineer for Tyco Telecom designing line cards for ultra-longhaul undersea optical networks, and for AMP developing small form-factor Gigabit Ethernet transceivers. Scott received his BA from Duke University, Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, and MBA from the Haas School at the University of California at Berkeley.
